      Got a call from a lady about an old credit card debt from a stolen identity case. She says they will be taking legal action against me for the full amount and reporting it to the IRS as unreported income.

      Called and tried to collect a credit card debt over 10 years old that has been vigorously disputed. Told me they dont do any disputes and refused to provide me any documents. The guy started out nice but became very rude when I told him I would not make payments on an illegitimate debt.

      They try to pick up debt that is years and years old(more than a decade). The person that owns the company has DUI, doesnt pay her bills, etc. etc. A real piece of work.

      They keep calling my cell phone using my maiden name and my old last name saying its urgent to call them back!early in morning late at nigjht couple times a day dosnt matter

      Got a call from this number and the lady was so rude! She was looking for my husband and DEMANDED that I give her my husbands cell number. I told her I didnt feel comfortable giving out his private number and she jumped down my throat about how this DRS company was going to sue me and my family for everything we have. Blocked! We dont have any dept so stop trying to get my credit card number!! SCAMMER!!!

      This call is from Pinnacle Recovery Systems, a debt collector.

      The company changes names and is an illegal debt collector.Do not pay.

      Received a voicemail saying it was important to return their call. People smart.com says the phone number belongs to Kelly Bennett at 1512 Gold St in Middleton, Idaho.
