      This IS 100% a scam. They are in a loud call center in India. They ask for the number on your electric bill. Do not read it to them, or tell them your name. I get these guys, the microsoft tech support scammers, the credit card/IRS scammers, and all other horrible indian accent scammers calling here and I have experience trolling them with both my (virtual machine) computer and making them wait on hold indefinitely while I "go get my bill/card". They pay for 30-60 minute calling cards sometimes, and you are costing them money and time by making them wait. **THEY ARE NOT A RIVAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT OUTSOURCED SALES PEOPLE, THEY ARE 100% CRIMINAL THIEVES.**
