Lady claimed she was with a tech support company. I asked her what company she said Windows. Told me that my windows activation key had expired. Told her that was hilarious considering I am a tech agent with Geek Squad and I know this is a crock and that windows keys never expire. She then tried to tell me if I didn’t pay her $300 she was going to lock my computer. Told her I would love to see her try with me giving her physical access. She cursed me out and hung up on me lol. These are scams people! No one has anyway of knowing anything is wrong with your system u less you tell them and your windows activation key will NEVER expire! If something like this happens and you are unsure of what it may be please do NOT give these people access of your system! Instead call Geek Squad at 1-800-433-5778. Myself or one of my colleagues will be more than happy to help!
