      First he said that he was returning $200.00 for a service microsoft could not provide which I had already paid for. When I questioned him, he became upset because I continued to question him. He said why cant you understand you are getting money back? Do you want it or not? I said I could not determine that because I needed to understand who or what he was doing. He hung up only to call again a few days later. This time he said he microsoft was getting multiple messages from my computer that required assistance and that it gets incrementally worse if not fixed and ofcourse, he would help me if I gave access to my computer. I asked for his name and phone number which is 210 399-3435.
