      I received a call from this number today at my place of work, which is highly illegal and viewed as harassment. When I answered the phone call they informed me they were trying to collect a debt that had already been paid off. I contacted the original debtor, a hospital for the birth of my child, and they informed me they were attempting to retract the collection notice but WEST ASSET MANAGEMENT was not responding to their requests of retraction. Be careful of providing personal information to this company, and work with the original institution you had the debt with. Please do your research before paying debts that may already be paid off.
